中效过滤器主要用于中央空调和集中送风系统。它可用于空调系统的初级过滤，以保护系统中下一级过滤器和系统本身，在对空气净化洁净度要求不严格的场所，经中效过滤器处理后的空气可直接送至用户。我公司生产的中效袋式过滤器（bag filter）边框有冷板喷塑、镀锌板等形式，也可做成无框的过滤材料有无纺布、玻璃纤维等，过滤粒径1～5um，过滤效率60～95%（比色法）。

Bag filters are extensively used in the ventilation system of the center air condition and the purification of pharmacy industry ,hospital, electron industry, and food industry etc. additionally, they can be in the front edn filtration of the high-efficientlyair filter to reduce the loads and prolong their sevince life. Bag filters have dust holding capacity and low wind speed because of their big windward area,therefore,they are regarded as the best-efficiency filter structure up to the present.
Structure:
They use new-type complex nonwoven or imported minute glass fiber and imported synthetic fiber and covered with reinforcing and molding filter materials. They have bag-shapped moulds and are equipped with all kinds of meter outside frame(galvanizing plate,iron plate,the alumium alloy,etc)
Filter materials: Generally ,there are 3 kinds of filter material used,namely ,complex nonwoves,synthetic fiber,and glass fiber.
